Affirmations for Projectors

I used to roll my eyes at “mindset work.” I thought I was above it, that it was too “spiritual” and just a method of bypassing reality. But over the last few months, I have been getting DEEP into affirmations and let me tell you: this shit works.

One of the no.1 things that is repelling invitations and success from Projectors is simply their attitude, the thoughts and beliefs they have about themselves and their lives. When you are continually thinking negative thoughts about these things, this is what you continue to meet in your reality.

So the more you are bitter and complaining that “nobody recognizes me, nobody invites me” well guess what? You are going to confirm that in your reality. You are going to magnetize experiences which match that belief.

When you change these dominant thought patterns, essentially programming new beliefs into your brain, then your reality begins to shift alongside with it. And the best part — you don’t have to go back into your “childhood trauma” to find the “root” to overturn these beliefs. Trust me, I have done alllllll the hypnosis meditations to reprogram my beliefs and they honestly did nothing for me. I kept going around and around trying to find the childhood memory which was the supposed “cause,” and yet, this work didn’t yield any tangible results.

Affirmations are an easy way to do mindset work. Literally just pick a statement which feels good and natural in your body and repeat it to yourself whenever you have a spare moment throughout the day. It should feel fun and easy to recite. You might feel *some* discomfort at the beginning, because you are literally programming a new belief. But over time, it becomes easier and easier, and when you repeat this new statement to yourself, it will feel like “duh, of course.” The longer you recite this new affirmation, the more evidence you will find of it to being true in your reality. It builds and compounds over time until it feels completely normal.

I wanted to give you some examples of affirmations you could try for yourself, specifically as a Projector. But feel free to experiment and find your own. The first step is to get clear on the new desire or reality you wish to bring forth; then find a mantra, a statement, which affirms this new reality and feels like it’s believable. It would be very hard to believe that you are a millionaire when you are literally negative in your bank account. You want to feel like saying the statement brings a sense of relief in your body; aka, it should feel good, like a big sigh, or an exciting feeling of “yessss I am so ready to bring this in to my world.” Some of the following affirmations seem basic, but trust me, sometimes it’s the simple ones that yield the most concrete results!

Note: you probably won’t notice anything different if you repeat an affirmation once and forget about it. It is about consistency over time. If you repeat it daily, and the statement is not too much of a stretch from where you are now, you will likely see evidence of it very quickly in your reality. Remember: this should feel fun! Not like a chore. If it feels too heavy, or the statement makes you feel icky, choose another statement which feels more believable from where you are now. You can aways turn to another tool or practice for the time being and come back to affirmations when you are in a more emotionally neutral state.

Find a statement which works for you, or go ahead and create your own <3 Write notes every day of anything that comes into your reality that supports this new statement, however small it may seem. For example, whenever I find spare change on the ground, I see it as evidence I am living in an abundant universe and money is flowing to me all the time. No evidence is too silly or small. Program your mind to see it all as evidence of your affirmation being true.
